I am a designer/printer of 3D models and have to admit I had low expectations for this stand as it seemed too slim/small. I am happy to admit I was wrong. A Kimber Custom sits fine on the stand and seems fairly stable. It didn’t fall over even when I intentionally bumped the table it was on. I didn’t abuse the stand, but it seemed solid while gently flexing it. I can’t determine what type of filament was used, so I am not sure what sort of high temperature the stand can handle.It is a 3D printed stand and as such you can see lines on top of the model and even a few spots on the bottom where the bed leveling may have been slightly off. With that said though, the top and sides of the model are smooth and well defined so clearly the settings are dialed in to make it look good.I’d say this is decent value for the money. There are printed stands that can be found for less as well as printed stands for a lot more. If you are looking for a simple stand with a small footprint this should suit you fine. [...]
